Just like you, I was putting in the time, effort, and laps to reach my goals, but got to a point where nothing helped me improve.

After 21 Years in High Performance Swimming, I became a bit of a nutter about technique, training and speed work (you are about to understand why)...

After swimming for 21 years, I’ve watched so many swimmers plateau, bomb out and underperform. I myself was also stuck for 3 long years, and it cost me greatly.

No matter how hard I trained, how many sessions I added, or how much I tried to *sike* myself up, nothing worked.

After swimming for 21 years, I’ve watched so many swimmers plateau, bomb out and underperform. I myself was also stuck for 3 long years, and it cost me greatly.

No matter how hard I trained, how many sessions I added, or how much I tried to *sike* myself up, nothing worked.

I had one MINOR TECHNICAL FLAW that cost me 1.3s in my 200m freestyle, even with elite coaching.

The insane difference of my sweeping hand is outlined below. It is crazy to think this slight movement held me back for so long, and lap after lap, year after year, no one picked it up!

When I finally realised it was my technique holding me back, I built my technical obsession, fixed the problem, and made it to the RIO Olympics.

But the lesson never left me.

My swimming life completely changed.

I’ve always wanted to give back, and here’s exactly how we do it...

I’ve been in the swimming industry since 5-years old, and have been travelling to pools around Australia full-time for 3 years now, we’ve done all the hard work for you.

We’ve filtered through the “garbage miles”, repetitive programs and surface level fixes, and found the exact skill acquisition pathway that will leave you mind blown.

Our Tutoring Community are the ones who are going to dominate the industry, and band together to help you separate the 'garbage miles' from the quality.

There are no sponsorships involved, and any drill, tutor, or session that compromises the speed and integrity of the program…are out!

Collectively, as a community we can get more swimmers out there living the dream, swimming fast, smoothly and with ease.
