If you are attending a member-only clinic you will be provided access to a headset, and resistance gear on the day.

Yes — due to limited spaces and high demand, we require at least 14 days’ notice for cancellations to receive a full refund or transfer.

Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable, and non-transferable unless you are attending a non-member taster clinic. If you are, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to a friend (just let us know their name before the clinic).

Video analysis is exclusive to My Swim Tutor members. 

It’s one of the most powerful tools we use to accelerate technique progress — members submit videos for analysis at any time as they progress through tutoring modules, and also receive exclusive access to filming in Member-Only Clinics.

You will however, not be entitled to receive a discount to bookings made prior to the date of membership sign up.
